Looking at your pic a zip tie wrapped around the cracked part may help pinch that crack tighter against the tube so it wouldn't flop around when activating the motor.
If that silver elbow is not really moving but the shaft and motor are out of line, maybe the shaft is slightly bent.

Although the crack was in the "silver elbow", it did not move at all. Not before and not after I glued it.
What is moving is the shaft and blade. They have an up/down movement which is about mm more than the other 3.
The shaft does not look bent but maybe I should take it aout and check. Is it possible to take the motor apart?

Also: is it possible to change the speed of an individual motor using the 7E?
