Oh it is slippery. I have coated the wings and fuse with packing tape, an also cut out a couple of "bushing plates" from clear plastic sheet protectors that will go between the wings and the fuse. Then I will dust everything with graphite before final assembly of the top plate.

So I get a CNC machine 15 yrs ago and AND ONCE AGAIN, seems like everyone has access to one now.lately...

I am an IT engineer, but have an extensive background in mechanical engineering as well as manufacturing and machining. My son is taking an advanced course at the local college where they have a fabrication laboratory with both a ShopBot and a laser cutter. Believe me, I would love to have my own CNC table in my garage. Maybe someday.
