Scorpion quote ~1900W for a 310g motor so it is not too unreasonable, provided turnigy are also using high-temp magnets. As we can presume this to be unlikely since the scorpion motor in question (http://www.scorpionsystem.com/catalo...s40/S-4020-12/) costs ~$140 the numbers would seem to be exaggerated considerably.
