no problems at my end with them...if item was defective or missing I have received credit and it is up to me to reorder the part/parts..
If you expect them to resend the bad/missing part you are going to be disappointed from what I see the the threads..

send them pictures of the received packaging and defective item and they give you credit on your account...simple as that...
their support follows the KISS principle..
