Bob, apart from the fact that "it looks a bit new". It's a Majesco Mite.
Any confusion is only due to the fact that they're not seen very often, and the tank should obviously be below the venturi and not on top, the way it's shown.
I don't know whether there have been any repros or not, but the wrong tank mounting bit makes me think that it may well be an original, i.e. a repro would likely be with a collector and would at least be properly assembled...
