Well if you're using the transmitter as part of a commercial operation it needs to be approved by the authorities, which of course depends on the country your in. I can only speak for Canada but I wouldn't be surprised if the rules are the same most places, ham frequency are for amateur use only. I don't know if this is on the ham frequently or not but it would need an ic fcc ce sticker on it to be approved
