Bill ...that looks great........One little bit of advise.........suggest that you cut back the shaft on your motor ,so that none of it is exposed as it is very easy to bend the way you have it.
If the prop adapter is up tight to the body of the motor ,...then you are less lickley to bend it if you should nose over {not that you will}
I am a long way behind you........but this is the way that I tackled different parts.
