Had some clear sky at last, and I can confirm no fading to gray with the Fluorescent setting. That was already posted by Tom, but I want to check with the sun in my back, which is how I like to fly RC I can show video of auto 0.36 and this, but believe me it's now much more stable for white balance.

This is a frame grab, B lens, Fluorescent [4] and saturation [3], all others at default.

The lens B does have vignetting and center hotspot - burns the center highlights, see the fence. I like the lens D better, but this will do for now. Thanks!

I'll fly, maybe tomorrow, to check the green stability.
I much prefer the Lens A over the lens B for the reason you gave... hot spot and vignetting exposure and color shift. There is really only about 7-8 deg. FOV difference between the two, not nearly enough difference to put up with the downside to me. But that's just me! YMMV.
