Should not really give much problems, because the "inner ring" ball joints are in the same plane with the swash plate swivel point, so control movement of the blades will be evenly distributed all around the cyclic movement.

Only possible effect is, due to the "outer ring" ball links being below the swash plate swivel point, that ailleron or elevator commands will have a slight negative pitch movement as side effect, but that should not be too problematic.

With a four point control it micht cause some additional strain on the servo's however but as far as I can see, that is not the case here.

It would be different if the swash plate swivel point woild be lowered to the "outer ring" level: in that case cyclic movement would not be distributed evenly. But that is not the case either.
