No need to worry, Download the arduino IDE (it creates a folder Arduino in your Documents folder), then just download the ZIP and install it in your Arduino folder.

Navigate to the folder you just create and click in any .pde, arduino ide should open the file and "attach" all the needed files.

As is, the software will use 360PAN if you use a winch servo or aprox. 180PAN if you use a regular servo.

I don't know if using a unlimited rotation servo will work. Try it and let us know how it goes.
