I'm glad your getting good service from the motor. I don't think the HK data is wrong as it is conservative. The only way to test it is with a 5X3 prop on there. The prop power demand goes up fast with diameter, especially at the high RPM that motor turns at.

Now that you have your meter, you can run through different props and make your own data.
