A10 twin 50mm
I started my A10 build this afternoon. I was going to go twin 70's, but I had to try the HK 50mm aluminium fans so I scaled my plans down and am trying to build as light as possible. The 4800kv 3s units state over 15 oz thrust. From what I have heard and seen on here, that is a pretty accurate number. Here is the plan so far.
HK 50mm aluminium EDF with 4800kv x2
Red Brick 30 amp ESC's with 2amp BEC x2
Detrum 9 gram servos x4
3s 2200, 20c
Build material FFF
The fans and esc's have been shipped so I started on the airframe, here is what I have so far.

The wing will be 3 layers of FFF laminated. Here is the center section. Relief cuts for the dihedral, 1/4" balsa spar CAed in place covered with a strips of reinforced packing tape on both sides.
Upper and lower sections laminated with Elmers spray glue. This glue works very well. Diehedral is 5 degrees. The wing is amazingly stiff
Airfoil sanded in. A combination of the mouse sander and by hand.
Hornier tips added (not sure I spelled that right?)
Ailerons cut and hinged with Blenderm
Notches for servos and groove for wires done. Control horns made from popsickle sticks and epoxied. I will use the micro ez connectors on servos not this full size one.
Here is the 3 view I am using. I scaled it with Tile Print. I increased the chord by 8mm and will also increase the stabs by maybe 10%
