I agree with him ^^^^ i'd find a nice epp kit with a bunch of carbon spars in it for reinforcement, and liberal use of 3M extreme tape to beef it up. store bought foam board just doesn't have the strength to keep together at high speeds, unless you glass it i guess.

as far as motors go, one word, MEGA. get yourself a mega 1615/3 on 4 cells swinging a 4.75x4.75 or 5x5 and hold on. my 30" diablo with a Mega 3 turn runs over a hundred in level flight, and that's only on 3 cells! the Mega's can be over powered too, by roughly 50%-60% with adequate cooling. heck, i just ran my mega 16/15/3 on 4cells swinging a 5x5 prop and it screams. putting out 890 watts on the meter, and drawing 60amps. that's 400 plus watts over design and 50% more amps. they're worth the money. look into the micro dan stuff too. excellent motors as well.
