Most pilots setups I have seen use a constant propeller speed and fly exclusively on the pitch of the prop with zero pitch at around centre stick. This is why its so difficult to put down in words or diagrams a typical setup. Most pilots also use a front mounted servo rather than the bellcrank lever supplied. Martin Muller uses a fairly basic sub 4g servo for his pitch servo (front mounted) the front mounted servo is favoured on the VTRVPP setups
