I was thinking along those lines Ray - after Britkit how about "Britplan"? Aeromodeller and Model Aircraft plans certainly, but I was also thinking maybe the plans from the short-lived "Model Aviation" series and any other minor sources - Hobbies magazine perhaps and I recall that "Flying Review" (called "RAF Flying Review" in those days, that was when the RAF actually had some aeroplanes!) published flying model plans, Bill Dean's multi-tasking "Rogue", which could be built in rubber, power and glider versions comes to mind.

Only problem is selecting what to build - I could write a list of 25 which float my boat now, without further research!
