Seems moving the motor as far back as possible, and then adding a little bit of ptfe on the pinion/gear teeth solved it.

Btw, what value is recommended for motor temperature alarm? Standard on the devo 7e tx was 100c, i lowered that to 72c.
2 battery's hovering into the wind/ direct sunlight triggerd the temperature alarm.
