The Yaw direction seems OK. Left stick turns the nose left, right stick turns it right. I had had the Yaw pid set at 4 originally, I believe the video was with it back at the default of 8.5. Can you suggest a value to try? Right now everything is at default (pic below). This is one of Timecop's Naze32 boards, not a standard multiwii, but as far as I know, the pid system is the same.
