I can manufacture a plywood firewall as I usually do and use the "X" motor mount as most of us do - but why did Multiplex do that - I think they want your money for their motor. Am I overlooking something?
My screws went into through the plastic from the rear of the model, forward into the motor....

But yes, mine fitted fine.
