It all depends on where you mount the camera and which hardware you'll be using.
For additional mounting-strenght you might consider using 4 regular standoffs for mounting the electronics to top-plate and use 4 (stainless/RVS?) M3 bolts through both plates for mounting stuff underneath. Use some washers to distribute weight around the mountingholes.
That's my solution for mounting everything below the arms; run bolts through FCP (top to bottom, for easy access), which screw into alloy standoffs mounted to my landinggear/gimbal/lipo combo (Rusty's). Have chosen this solution as an 'intended' weakpoint in case of crash (standoffs will snap/fail, not damaging frame or other gear too much hopefully).
Currently running 105cm (motor-motor) with 2x 3S 3000mAh and GoPro+gimbal and heavy landinggear, the frame is the least of my worries
. Can lift the entire unit on one of the booms. 50cm 16mm OD (ID 14mm) pultruded carbon booms, you can go for thicker walled booms too (gaining weight of course).
