This motor was involved in a crash.

Hooked up another motor with the ESC and receiver and it worked fine.

Anybody else seen this? Could it just be dirty or is it toast?

Read somewhere that you can use WD40 to clean electronics - should I try it?

Hate to throw away a good motor.

Thanks

Try to tug on the connectors and make sure nothing is loose. Cleaning and perhaps resoldering the connectors might not be a bad idea...but Cleaning internally won't really do any good unless there's foreign debris in the motor (dirt, rocks, etc)

Other than that try different timing on the ESC to see if that helps.
