Probably a horse laxative.
Seems like the pharmacy would have it too. I use Rexall, a pharmaceutical brand over here in the USA. Bare tells me it'll gook up my engines, but I run them a lot, hard and fast, and they are clean and shiny when I open them up. No varnish problems in the cylinder. However I only add enough to the fuel I buy, which comes with 17% Klotz castor, to raise it to 20%. I run 3 Tee Dees, an RR1 and a Medallion on it. The horse stuff would likely be pharmaceutical oil too.
