I ordered the Zephyr 2 in January and it took me 2 months to get all the parts and so on...

Then I cut the nose to fit the cambox before I marked the cg. The Zephyr was tail heavy and unflyable. And I thought I'm just not ready yet for a Z2.
I had a Fy31 AP fitted to make starts easier and it kind of worked...
but I never flew confident at all, it was a permanent max out of the heart valves...

But now the Zephyr is tuned in and flies beautiful...
So for everybody like me, without much experience, do your homework cg and throws... and you are alright. It's not too hard if you get that right

Thanks for every Z2 pilot who shares their experience here

Great to hear you didnt just give up. And were wise enough to wait till you were ready. Nothing like a well tuned Zeph. Just as a reminder to all, CG is measured from back of the Z2 so that it doesnt matter what mods you make to the nose during your builds.
