Need Help!

Today received the parts from hk. Put everything tougher and flashed the board with XCopter 4.7 firmware. There is just one problem.

When trying to lift the copter from the ground its front left (number 1) motor does not raise from the ground, though the rest of the motors are already in the air. If I push the throttle more it feels like the copter would flip. It is also noticeable that first motor is spinning slower than other once. Spinning directions are correct and I'm using counter rotating props.

Please help to fix this problem. I've calibrated quad throttle range and also reversed incorrect gyro with transmitter. All motors and ESCs are identical.
