Oregon 2012 Day 3
t is Friday and we decided to head to Klickitat. We got an early start. We found the lift light. It picked up rather spectacularly, but then shifted to the side. With the changing air we voted to move to Grayback. Major good flying at Grayback. Unfortunately, the downside was Ben losing his Gulp into the 2000' valley without recovery. By 6:30pm we began working back to Hood River via Glenwood and Hosum. We closed out a great day with our customary great diner, this time at TheThai House.
Tomorrow, the weather looks good for Eagle Butte, so the game plan is a day trip to Richland and back.
