Typically, when you get the LS needle set correctly a Saito will burn 1oz of fuel per cu. in. displacement per minute or in your case .62 oz per minute. The LS needle controls the fuel mixture for about 85% of the throttle range so it is very important to get the LS as lean as possible and still get a good transition. The HS needle only controls the full throttle mixture since its needle seat is fixed. Set the HS needle at peak and leave it there while you set the LS needle otherwise you end up trying to compensate for the rich HS needle and chasing the mixture all over the place.
