Crossover Modelers and Scale

The first is more to poke at the cry babies on the Vintage and Oldtimer thread. As I am going through these back issues I see boats, cars and rockets living nicely side by side with the varioius forms of airplanes and helicopters on the pages of these magazines. Looks like it has been that way for a long time so why somebody would cry about a boat plan being posted is beyond me.
Still, "Dirty Dan" Rutherford's Maestro looks pretty nice. I believe it is the Calinte'.
Not to leave the Scale folks out, the Schweizer 1-26 three view. I scanned the 3-view at 1200 dpi (dots per inch, not the one posted here, that's 300 dpi), this would make a great starting place for a drawing and at worst a sorta scale. Those of you with the keener eye for detail could probably do VERY well with just this drawing to begin with.
Youo just don't see this in the magazines any more, too bad.
