The real funny thing is then the democrats turned around and tried to blame it on the republicans. I have never seen a party in power be so much of a mess. These guys seem to have no clue what they are doing. Obama puts a bill forth, the Senate sponsors it then puts it on the back burner. The republicans in the Senate try to bring it up for a vote and the guy who sponsored the bill kills the vote.

The democrats seem to be absolutely leaderless and a ship without a rudder. Their president can't get movement to create anything. The democrats in the Senate are ripped a part divided between moderates and liberals. Add to that they have big election coming up for many in the Senate. It is a true mess. No wonder they have gotten absolutely nothing accomplished.

The humor in it all is that they blame the republicans fo their complete failure and inability to do a job.

and you wonder why things are getting done... kind of hard to do when someone is fighting to keep one from succeeding at something.....

I don't see how this next election cycle goes well for them if this keeps up. They have no record at all to run on.

Though it's been nearly a month since he laid out this plan, House Republicans haven't acted to pass it. And House Majority Leader Eric Cantor is out there actually bragging that they won't even put the jobs package up for a vote -- ever.
