This is really messy job but a must for long lasting model, F/glass reinforcement. Guys, I strongly suggest to anyone building this model to put layer of cloth over the ply former just behind the AIL. control push-pull rods, unless you like to lose the wing during the flight! I'm doing all this extra work as my model will be lot heavier then the standard set up.
Just ordered few 40C, 4S3000mA batt. which I will move further back as I have removed the rear partition inside of cockpit so hopefully the CofG won't be a problem as with my #1 model, Joe.

Slightly thinned down F/resin used to lay down Gator silk. When cured, tape applied as additional hinge.
The weakest part of the wing partially packed up using balsa strip and covered with Gator cloth.
