looks great to me. those upper inlets shouldn't give you too many problems, as long as they aren't too close to the fans. they'll basically act like cheater holes. this won't be great for top speed, but will be awesome for static thrust for takeoff and vertical maneuvers. this is all dependant on your intake area and what percentage of FSA they are, without the top inlets. it would be interesting to know what the area of the bottom inlets are and the top inlets, then combine them together and put that against the area of your fans.
is this for single fan, or twin fans? if it's a single, all those intakes might be too much and you'll scrub top speed, which isn't really an issue anyway.
