It's too easy today to just buy and assembly a model, then fly and crash it with no clue about why it crashed, or why it should or shouldn't fly in the first place.

should i let them decide if they want to jump into the hobby and let them crash within their first flight or start with chuck gliders, and rubber band power? or should i start the second option and see if i can maybe get rc foam to help?
