When doing this, do you use rudder to turn and opposite aileron to keep it flat ?? I have heard this but have not seen a thermal as yet.
Forgive me, as this is my first glider, and I was pretty giddy at the thermal action.....I THINK
I used aileron as usual to initiate the turn, and then opposite to keep it flat.
