I manually maintain a 'RADIO CONTROL DEVICE BATTERY PACK MAINTENANCE AND PERFORMANCE DATA LOG'.
I have one set of logs for each flying season.
Each log is comprised of individual page for each of my RC battery packs, including my Tx batteries.

It's divided into 4 (four) sections:

1) Date/model & flight E/T

2) Battery Volts: before & after flight (total volts/cell)

3) Battery charging info: volts/cell, charge rate, total volts, total mAh in, & charging e/t.

4) Battery status.

and with this info, I can extrapolate the follow:

A) I can track total number of cycles and performance trends for each battery pack.

B) Total number and duration of each model's flight/total flights/model.

Additionally,
I can also make notations about a particular flight in the margins like maiden flights, crashes, or any other points of interest or extraordinary events.

IT'S ALL THERE!
