No politics here, just 3 things that will make you smile

3 scarce recordings.

1. John Lennon singing a demo on ONLY YOU, later to be used by Ringo Starr who would release the song. John's voice is amazing.

John Lennon - Only You (Best Music And Lyric) (3 min 26 sec)

2. Beatles impromptu recording of Buddy Hollie's MAYBE BABY during the Let It Be sessions, with John Lennon on lead vocal. Nice vocal at 1:42.

The Beatles- Maybe Baby (2 min 32 sec)

3. Extremely rare recording of a duet; Lennon and McCartney in California 1974, 4 years after the Beatles breakup. Lennon sings lead, McCartney starts harmony at about 0:40. Poor quality, but fun to hear. Lennon liked the song so much, he released his solo version on his Rock and Roll album the next year.

Stand By Me John Lennon Paul McCartney (6 min 5 sec)
