Howzit Brian!?

Welcome to RCG!!

You have done more than me when it comes to the canopy!...I have always wanted to vacuum form.... and to date have not...its been on top of my "Things to Do" list for years! You have done well!! looks good!

I am not sure about how much percent you enlarge the A4 by....been a long time..I just use the same set of templates. Take the A4 page, and a tape measure, and ask them to go 320% on the diagram with the wing and measure where the span would be. This should be about 660mm. Go more or less from there to get close enough. If you are out in half span, you only pay for one scrap page.
Take it down on flash drive to a Print and Copy shop....they should have the software to manipulate it to what you want.....and print/plot it. Ask the guys at college that are studying architechture how they do thier projects!!
