Wind_of_Change, Thanks for the tip about lighting up the fins . . .
Here's my Unicorn with the E.L. Wire. I've got the fins lit up, and the center of the body wrapped. I can see the EXACT orientation of this plane at all times and all angles.
It also looks way cool zipping around the skies in a way two solid lines can't.
I flew it today without the wires (AWESOME), and will fly it tomorrow night with them on (AWESOMER).
I love this plane. It glides smooth, performs aerobatics well, recovers from stalls easily. . . and survives trees admirably. I discovered that last one today. Three of my buddies were standing next to me watching it fly down the hill from us, and one of them said "It's so majestic!!" And about 2 seconds later I slapped it into a really tall & thin tree. The timeliness of it was hilarious. Then he said "um, nevermind".
