My initial data post
Internal resistance checks.
TP Pro Power 65C Beta with 55 cycles on it. At storage 3.88 V per cell 74F set over night.
TP820 V 3.2 cells 4 / 4 / 4
iCharger 306B V 3.13h cells 5 / 4 / 4
Both of above Instant IR checks
POWERLAB 8 performs IR check only during charges so I charged at 1C(2.2A) to minimize temp. and charge stae changes.
Cells at 3.94 V with 126 mAh added cells IRs 4.5 / 4.5 / 3.94
Next will be charge at 5A on PL8 to completion ,ending IRs and then IR check with other chargers.
PL8 at EOC Battery 82F IRS 3.5 / 3.5 / 3.5
TP 820 4 / 3 / 4 or 4 / 4 / 4
depending on exact sequence used.

Discharge Temp. check
Discharging a single 3S 2250 at 4amps. ambient 72F TP820 reached 114 F and held there until cells dropped to 3.65 (10.95 total) or 43.8 watts and then started to very slowly drop, 112F when cells reached 3.5V EOD.2131 mAh discharged in 32:18 Cell voltages 3.59 / 3.49 / 3.56 after a few minutes rest.
. Please remember that placing addational watt meters in-line increase resistance and voltage drop. Also remember that not all data can be taken at a single point in time by hand..

Initial input from PS 252 watts and 207 watts into battery
PS peaks 257 watts / 21.45 amps.
TP820 display 16.43 A / 12.057 battery voltage which is 198watts
Charge time 11:15 and 2158 mAh delivered
Battery at 90F cell IRs 3 /3 /2
Note Charge time seems to long however I was busy taking readings and did not notice if perhaps charger went into EB extended balance mode.
A second charge at 20A required 7:55 with 2044 mAh delivered.
