Here's how I'm modding my SW's wing mount. I cut some notches in the fuse sides under the wing saddle to inset some 3/16 aircraft grade ply. The ply sits ~3/4" in the foam sides from what's visible in the mounting areas. I dug into my spare Multiplex TwinStar kit and 'stole' the nylon wing straps. I pressed the straps into the foam to mark where I needed to cut access/retaining holes. I then used some sharpened brass tubes to cut the holes as marked. I still need to drill and tap the ply wing mounts for the 5m50 screws. I didn't worry about setting up the straps so the wing bolts would be straight up and down. I just cut things to the straps were flush with the wing surface. This'll give me a little angle on the screws into the ply mounts. I figured this wouldn't be a biggy and would make the overall installation a little easier. If interested, here's a source for the parts:
