Yea, ive been waiting for a fuselage for 6 weeks and i to receive a e-mail from them a week or so after i reported the damage that said my fuselage would be shipped in 4 to 7 days only to be followed about 15 days later with another e-mail saying the item was out of stock.
This after Stark assured me it was in stock when their website showed it as being out of stock just to keep me from returning the plane for a refund.
Now they have some new girl that posted to me in the Banana Rama forum that she had looked over my order and my (parts) will be shipped in 4 to 7 days and their website still says my (part) not (parts) is out of stock. Furthermore i have not received a email from them saying that, just a post on the forum. Looks like damage control rather than customer service.....

About 2 to 2 and a half weeks from my original order date.I can't complain!!! Just a side note for all the douchebags,thieves,schiller's,and shady character's out there, this is a REAL customer's opinion and thoughts. Which by the way is what this site is supposed to be about. Don't post here if you don't have any helpful info or are just here for hidden agenda's!!! Applause..... Anyone???(crickets chirping)
