Finally after comming back from italy I had a few hours to proceed:

-carfed and sanded the right nacelle parts and testfitted the EDF - looks promissing!

Surprisingly the choosen method turned out to be ideal: after 10min. of carving out the raw curvature I needed only another 10min. to sand the inlet and nozzle with a 30mm tube and 30grain, finaly with 80 grain abresive paper. The result is so smooth - I'm not sure wether I shall use plastic sheet or not

(cant belive that the project was on hold for about 2 years because I had doubt wether I can make nacelles without hot wire )

EDFs will be glued into the fuselage-side part of the nacelle - the rear-outward part (40mm wide, 150mm long EPP nozzle) will be only spot-glued in place for maintenance
