I'm surprised by how rigid you managed to get the fin, the whole thing is damn solid in fact... very nice

The first thing I thought as I pulled it out was to make the root chord of the wing the same size as the opening, giving it a higher aspect ratio, less drag and more pace
... I'd have to do some fettling to the fuz to make it all stream lined but it could be a goer.
But then the higher AR could be achieved by stretching the wing more... hmm I'll ponder that one
