Neat story! Love the electrocuted original - I've had a few low winged RET models around this size, starting with one of the late Randy Randolph's 'BeeTween' designs, and they fly pretty good for loafing around the patch on nice days.

Your new CAD plan - great stuff! You've done a superb job of laying it all out, bet there's a magazine out there that would be happy to buy it for a plan feature. I draw all my plans on DesignCAD now, but nothing that fancy unless forced into a corner. I tend to draw the big parts well spread out, so I can easily select, print out on letter or legal paper and tape them up into buildable sub-plans for areas like wing or tail.

The Beagle Pup is a cute little model, you've captured it well in your plan - good luck with the build
