If you want to land on grass try that park off Danbrook. Look how many soccer fields there are. I never had more fun than float flying at the V-shaped lake here, and parkflying at this particular park in Natomas. Just try it once. Stand in the red circle (diagram in picture) and you'll be hooked. HOOKED!!

Nothing like flying here. From every angle it's fun to fly here. Best spot to pilot from is the red circle. Get there at Sunset or Sunrise for a really peaceful experience. What is so cool here is you're flying from a raised slope.
It's close to the spot you're asking about. Up Truxel Ave (which is Natomas Blvd north of Del Paso), turn right at Club Center, and Right at Danbrook, then right on Crest. Hey, if you've got guts, try flying your belly lander over the V-Shaped lake!
