Simple Wing Spars

There's so many different types and ways of doing wing spars, you can get really creative with it, but for these pics I did a basic set of slotted spars and ribs, so the ribs just slip into the spars for easy alignment...
Doing it this way, you can use the TE spar for the front of the aileron cut-out, with maybe a couple of pieces of balsa glued behind the spar where the hinges attach for more grip.

Like I said, there's many other ways to do this, but I like simple and easy when doing these, so I try to show those ways first, so if you want to try some other ways, just let me know what else you might like to try.

I also have an idea of adding in the wash-out using the spars, but that'll come after the ailerons.

Peace out ,
Dean
