Ron - Thank you for the update and thanks for the help (on HK forums)

I really wish HK would post this information on their front page. That alone would eliminate much of the excess email/online support traffic they are getting...

As is stands the only real notice is:
"HobbyKing.com warehouse & office back in action! 17/02/2010 11:38:23 PM
..." Which is clearly not the case.

Making the assumption that customers will create an account on their forums to find out more or that the problems continue is not a good one either.

Perhaps HK is a victim of their own success...

I hope they can learn from this fiasco and have a good plan in place to rebuild customer loyalty.
