All I want to do is set the motors to say have 1000 rpm (random values completely) for 5 seconds so the quadrotor takes off and rises into the air for 5 seconds, then set them to a rpm that hovers till a new command is sent. This is done in the configurator isnt it(testing the ESC controlers) where you can set the motors to a set value to test them??
Yes, that sends equal motor commands just for testing the automated ESC calibration. I was either going to use that approach or create another method to update each motor with different values based on what the wireless pilot input wants.
Just be careful! I'd recommend strapping your quad down when starting this type of testing. Please let us know how it goes.
