Like any airplane, any weight savings leads to more weight savings; the rich get richer. So even before applying full throttle, you've decreased thrust required by about 6 oz, or 20%.
Seems to me that Super Tiger motor is getting really bad reviews from one of the motor testers here on RC Groups. I'll have to find it and post back the results. From what I understand, it's way over rated.
