My Tri has an old Airtronics 94145Z that I had. It is a mini servo and has 26 in-oz of torque and a speed of .09 (5v). I am running 10x4.7 APC blades and I have watched the servo work during hover and it has no trouble making fast inputs.

I have an old GY240 gyro for the tail that I run in the heading hold mode at 100% gain.

I would say for 10” props that anything with 24 in-oz of torque or more would work ok. You might want more power if you have larger props.
