I got the bottom glued and clamped Sunday morning. Also did the battens and inside planking for the sponsons in the afternoon.

All clamps on deck... errr... bottom! Bottom sheeting is in place and drying.
Inside planking for the sponsons clamped into place. Had to clamp it laterally and vertically to keep it straight.
Top view of hull. All structural bits are DONE! Only skinning and sealing remains!
Bottom view. You can see the chicken wings on the side skins toward the stern.
Sponson chines in place. Still have some shaping to do to get things trued up.
A bit overpowered, wouldn't you say? Motor is a K&B Allyn Sea Fury .12 Twin.
