Question
Battery discharger tool for storage

Hi all,
i work away on a 2/1 week roster and am looking for a discharge unit that can accurately discharge my batteries down to a storage voltage in a reasonable time frame. i have a unit from hobbycity that discharges at i think
1amp, it works well but when there are 10-20 batteries to be discharged it takes far to long to do at such a low discharge rate. i understand why the rate is so low as disapating the heat is a big issue but if i can fly out a 2200mah pack in 10 minutes surely there is a way that a dicharger can drive a resistor, heatsink and fan to achieve much the same sort of rate, and also have a preset cell cutoff voltage 3.8V for storage. even if it took say 15 minutes that by my calculations should be about 9-10Amps which would be safely achievable i would have thought!
any ideas on this, or knowlege of an existing unit would be appreciated, i an no electrical guru, but i might have to try and nut someting out, learn as i go!

Cheers
Craig
