New Toy! Yeah I know it is kinda like going backward, but I have missed having one of these around. And it was fun building it since I knew a few things I didn't know the last time I put one of these together. Would love to see the first one I built almost 3 years ago. I am sure it would have plenty to chuckle at from rookie mistakes. One thing I know I did on the first build was turn the control horns around so they were backwards. No where close to the hinge line. She looks a bit crooked, but I think that is the due to the lean from the tail wheel assembly. Didn't notice till I took pics. Ok, time to do a show. And yes there will be a show this week. Sorry about last week.
It will get a black prop 11x6 GWS, currently it has a 10x6 which is really more than enough. It is running a Microdan brushless and our favorite HXT 900's and an AR6100rx. The ESC is a no name 30amp I had sitting around which is a bit of overkill. Must be listening to Lucien and putting in some headroom. Oh, and I used X-fuse parts from James of Millennium RC. They are way better than the stock parts. Cool lipo mount and much better tabs for the rubber bangers.
